Everyone always comments on Luna’s bark. They find it hilarious that she puts her whole body into it, specifically shaking her head. She came from a vocal family, and it has not worn off.
Luna is officially out of heat. She got to join back in the action today, and unfortunately Mango (yellow lab) still wants some action so he was interrupting some of her play with her buddy Dover. But she just told him off and went about her business. Currently she is curled up on the recliner armrest, despite the fact that there really isn’t enough room for the both of us on here. Last night I must have not latched her crate door all the way, because at 1AM she hopped right up in our bed and wiggled her butt, and danced between us. Chris grabbed her and cuddled her, but apparently she had her own ideas as she moved to the foot of the bed. I didn’t feel like getting up and putting her in her crate, so she got to stay. Come morning, and upon chris’ departure for work I invited her to lay next to me.
It is nice to have her back in the house. It was awfully quite and rather lonely without her. Tomorrow I have off, but I plan to take her to the river again to swim a bit before we head out to see family. Sunday we plan to meet her “uncle” jack at the river as well to swim once he gets done with his dog show. But in order to do all that I must get some sleep first. So G’night. Hope you all have a great weekend.
