Water fun

worth the risk of water to my camera..

Just some photos of Luna and her water adventures… eventually you all will probably get sick of these but it’s one of our main forms of exercise these days, so it’s applicable.

Bailey didn't mind being the odd duck, (Luna in front, Jack in middle)

MMmmm river tastes good

"Uncle jack" taking a break

Luna, such a natural in front of the camera

Finn, another vizsla friend, 2 days Luna's junior, fancy that

Luna retrieving some bumpers from the river..

Finn and Luna

The Luna world has been turning just fine these days.  It’s been insanely hot, this weekend itself was record setting with heat index making it feel like 108+.  This has largely put most training on hold, as well as anything outdoors past 11AM. Did I mention we’ve had like 50% or higher humidity these days too?  For a while I was concerned about Luna as she just wasn’t quite herself.  She wasn’t giving quite her usual greetings to people and was overall pretty tired.  I took her to the vet to get checked out and everything came out clean/negative.  No tick born diseases (was thinking  lyme at one time) to speak of.  So the vet and I chalked it up to hormones, she may be going through a bit of a false pregnancy, time may tell.   For now, she can sleep/lounge around as much as she wants.

And that’s all for now, looks like it’s about to storm, good thing we already got our swim in at the river.  Hope you all are well.

You take great pictures and I love them all, so it will be awhile for me to get tired of “Luna in water” or any kind of Luna photos. 🙂
